What is our return policy?

Our standard warranty lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase. Additionally, we offer a 30-day return policy for your convenience. 

Please note that we may not be able to accept returns or provide refunds outside of our 30-day trial period, regardless of the condition of the items. We believe this trial period is ample time for you to determine if the product meets your needs. 

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition as when you received them and in their original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please reach out to us for further information and assistance with the process. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are accepted, if applicable. These include items that are not in their original form, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Additionally, any items returned past the 30-day trial period may be subject to partial refunds.

Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?

If you need to make a return, please note that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please keep in mind that return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We provide both standard and express shipping options for your convenience. Please note that additional charges apply for express shipping.


Refunds

If you have initiated a return and provided us with the tracking number, we will carefully inspect the item and send you a confirmation email upon receiving it. Rest assured; we will keep you informed about the status of your refund. Kindly allow us 10-15 days to review your refund request.


Once approved, your refund will be promptly processed, and the amount will be credited back to the original form of payment within a specific timeframe. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your bank account, so we recommend checking with your bank for any potential delays.


Late or Missed Refunds (if applicable)

If you believe that a refund is missing, we kindly request you to first check your bank account and contact your bank branch for any relevant information. If you encounter any issues, please send us an email explaining the situation, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the problem.

We understand that sometimes items may arrive with obvious physical damages. In such cases, we gladly accept exchanges. To initiate an exchange, please notify us within the 30-day trial period, and we will guide you through the process.


Order Cancellation

If you have made a full payment for your purchase but wish to cancel it, please send us an email immediately. We strive to process orders promptly, and once an order has been dispatched, we cannot accept any cancellations. However, if you inform us promptly, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

What are the dimensions of Smootheory’s portable blender? 

Smootheory’s portable blender is designed to be compact and easy to carry with dimensions that measure 78 x 78 x 240mm. It is the perfect size for on-the-go blending!


Can I place frozen fruits, vegetables, and ice inside my blender?

Absolutely! Our amazing 6-bladed stainless-steel blender is designed to handle a variety of ingredients, including your favourite frozen products and ice. It provides you with great blending options to create delicious and refreshing smoothies.


Can I charge my blender with a USB port?

Yes, you can conveniently charge your blender using any USB port. Simply plug it in and let it charge, making it even more convenient for your blending needs.


How do I clean my blender?

Cleaning your blender is a breeze with our star feature - the self-cleaning function. Just add 1-2 drops of dishwashing liquid, fill the jar halfway with water, place the lid firmly on, and blend for 5-10 seconds. Repeat if necessary and rinse. Afterward, air dry the blender and ensure the main switch is turned off.

Please remember that the base of the blender is not waterproof and should never be submerged in water, as this can damage the electronic components and void the warranty.


Can I store my blender in the fridge?

While the jar itself can be safely stored in the fridge, it is important to note that the base of the blender should not be stored in the fridge. Doing so can potentially damage the electrical components. So go ahead and keep your ingredients cool, but remember to keep the base of the blender in a dry and safe place.


Can I put my blender in the dishwasher?

The base of the blender contains electrical components, so it should not be placed in the dishwasher. However, the glass jar and lids are dishwasher safe, making it easy to clean those parts. For further cleaning instructions, please refer to the manual provided.


How long does the battery last?

The battery of our blender can hold up to 20 blends before it needs to be recharged. To ensure optimal blending performance, we recommend charging it regularly.


Is the blender BPA free?

Yes, we prioritize your health and the environment. That's why all our products, including the blender and accessories, are made from BPA-free materials. You can enjoy your smoothies with peace of mind.


Can I use hot liquids in the blender?

Absolutely! Our blender jars are made from high borosilicate glass, which is known for its strength, thickness, and durability. It is resistant to rapid temperature changes, allowing you to safely blend hot liquids without any worries.
